"All the Staff was gracious and helpful, from the valet to housekeeping. Our room was well appointed, and the filtered secondary handle on the tap to reduce plastic bottle waste was a welcome surprise. The only detraction to our stay was the continental breakfast. It seems many families were in town with very poorly managed party members who were not monitored for proper use of tongs and spoons, preferring their natural implements to finger up all the food until chosen and selected morsels were acquired. We consequently only visited the breakfast the first morning, reducing its usefulness during the stay and schedule."

"Our room was small, but clean. Bed very comfortable. One thing that was really frustrating was that the alarm clock from the previous guest was set to go off at 6am. It woke us up which was very annoying having gotten in late. It would've been nice if housekeeping staff checks these things. Our iron/steamer was missing when we opened the bag to use it, so this really made it feel like a lack of attention to detail. The person who checked us in barely smiled and made I contact. She did not offer any help or ask if we needed anything. It just didn't feel as welcoming as other places. Next time we'll go somewhere else."

"We were in town for the HORROR FEST FILM FESTIVAL. Check-in was super easy and the staff was delightful. Our room was very clean, well prepped, and slept well. The only dislike was the loud neighbor, but I will not hold that against the place. The breakfast was great and filling, lots of options. Definitely recommend for anyone traveling though. Great shampoo provided. Good prices, and an actual modern tv that was nice to relax watching during the stay."
