"The room was very clean and neat. Amenities are plentiful. Staff was efficient. TV did not work well; remote was hard to engage with channels and not all channels were available. Hotel should provide free water and not charge $4.00 for a bottle in the room. These types of amenities make a guest feel welcomed, not overcharged."
