「The key cards the attendant gave us didn’t work. Went back downstairs, she seemed annoyed & but gave us new ones. Still didn’t work so she came upstairs and used the master key to get in only to find out the room was occupied. She confronted the person in the room, then went downstairs to figure out what was going on. The guy came out while we were waiting & said some other guy came & tried to get in the room also. She came back up and put us in a different room.」
