「The front desk said I hadn’t paid for my room through Expedia which I did. So they charged me again. There was no soap or shampoo in the room, no iron no coffee nothing. When I checked out I showed them how on my Expedia app it said paid. They told me they couldn’t do anything about it and to contact Expedia. 「The lady who answered the phone was hilarious! Not in a good way. Funny though. She acknowledged me then began to converse with another employee about how much she was working. Cursing and all. After about 30 seconds of that she came back to me and helped me out. Sort of. Just wanted to add a night but she told me I had to go through Expedia, which was fine but I see as strange since I wanted to just add a night. I decided NOT to go here based in the call. Property management was very unresponsive I had to wait 4 hours to get into my room was not provided any accommodations for the lost of the time but is being told there is no refund for late check ins when it’s was their fault.
