「Excellent property and amazing staff. One my my best hotel stay experiences ever. Elizabeth Mookken, the relationship manager was prompt in reaching out to ensure my stay was comfortable. Sumesh from the front desk was super helpful during the check in process as I had to check in early and leave early. The rice boat restaurant was awesome and the staff Ahilan made great order recommendations. Truly a memorable experience and I plan to come back.」

「We booked the club room with terrace but were told it does not have the lake view so we ended up paying extra to upgrade to a suite. The room was spacious & clean with lake view. However, we could not sleep well both nights as it was quite itchy in the bed. First night we did not say anything but 2nd night we asked housekeeping to change the sheets. Not sure of the issue as it was still not comfortable enough to sleep well. Upon checkout we told this when we were asked if we stayed comfortably n...

「Beautiful hotel. Wonderful owner and staff. Exceptional hospitality and service. They really try to meet your every need and make your stay as fulfilling and comfortable as possible. Highly recommend!! If your are looking to stay near Amrita Hospital (AIMS) this is the closest one too! Just walk out the west gate and there it is. It is literally right next door to the dental school. 」
