While I was impressed with the selection and service at the bar, as well as the excellent service provided by the room service staff, the dining room experience did not meet expectations. Specifically, I found the food quality and the level of customer service in the dining area to be unsatisfactory. I hope this feedback is constructive and assists in your ongoing improvements. 」

「This hotel was amazing. Nestled on a hill between two beaches, the setting and views are stunning. We decided to spend all of our time here as we needed to recharge and it was pure paradise. We spend the early day at Jolly Harbour beach and watched the sunset every day at Valley Church beach. The food was amazing. The staff were lovely. They were quick to respond with anything we needed. George was super friendly and helped us on several occasions. Highly recommend this little Paradise. 」
