Pleasant and helpful staff. Because the hotel is walking distance to the Ark, we were able to leave our car at the hotel while at the Ark. This saved us the parking fee at the Ark.

The hotel appears to be brand new and in excellent condition. Room was clean & comfortable! Breakfast was hot & fully stocked with plenty of choices to eat & drink. Very convenient to the Ark Encounter.
