「Check in starts at 3;00. We arrived after 4;00 and our room was not ready. That staff member was not super informative, but was not rude. The hotel is new, so of course it is still pretty clean. The furniture in the room looks pretty cheap and the desk was not level. The lobby/ common areas look good and inviting. I have paid less for nicer, but this was convenient to our family for visiting.」
