「Dear Holiday Inn and IHG. We came to stay for a week at your hotel at 515 Bypass Rd in Williamsburg VA. There is one very special person I need to talk about and her name is Beverly. What an amazing human being wow! When my Wife and I were looking at hotels in that area cause we were taking the kids to Busch Gardens. From the first moments talking to her we knew we were staying at your hotel. Our youngest Son is Non-verbal Autistic and has many challenges every day. When we came in to check-in...

「2nd time staying here and our go to when visiting the williamsburg area. close to busch gardens. check in quick and painless and front desk staff very friendly. only negative is beds are on the firmer side but are not uncomfortable.」

「唯一的優點是房間很大，房內設施比較老舊，我們連住3晚，不會有每天清潔服務，浴巾也不會每日更換（如果要換浴巾需要加錢），早上10點退房（房卡10點失效，但是之前沒有告知，我們差點被鎖在門外），退房前需要自己把所有使用的餐具放到洗碗機內清洗，垃圾需要自行拿到外面的垃圾收集區域丟（這地點也沒有事先告知），退房前30分鐘我們一直在做家事收拾…… 基本上，我們下次是不會再考慮住這」
