My grandmother lived in the same neighborhood as Sunnyside and I had no idea and I know she would be happy that I ended up in the Hands of such a beautiful soul. She cooks like an amazing southern chef and is so hospitable. She has two very friendly and beautiful dogs and makes you feel right at home. I came for a family reunion and I think I added to the family! My husband and I are extremely happy and we can’t wait to come back!」

「My card was charged for the full amount of the stay although I had already payed online. The ice machine was down on floor, there were not enough towels, and whom ever was staying above me allowed their child/children to run, and stomp through the floors.」

「The Lobby has been updated and modernized but nothing else above the 1st floor matches it.Various Owners since the late 90's; New Owner just took over 3wks ago. The Property needs some maintenance repairs and All rooms need updates. Very good complimentary breakfast. Some very nice staff persons, nice pool, nice gym !」

「The staff was friendly but housekeeping is severely lacking. We stayed 3 nights and no one ever came to replace our towels, make the beds, empty the trash or vacuum. Yet, they had the audacity to knock on our door a whole hour before checkout time after being M.I.A. the whole weekend. The first time we asked for fresh towels, we were told the policy was that we had to return our dirty towels to the desk in order to get new ones. We did that the 2nd night and a different person said that's not...
