Great stay

Warm welcome from Benji for our one night stay. Lovely views from the hotel out to sea. Room very comfortable and everything you would need. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Fab breakfast ! Thank you.

Really relaxed friendly staff, very warm welcome to the hotel. Fabulous breakfast!!we won’t be eating again till late tonight!! Amazing fruit salad with creamy yogurt, and a cooked breakfast with so many variations. Would highly recommend Almost forgot…. The location and views are stunning!!

Really friendly place to stay, right beside the sea. Saw three pods of dolphins from the balcony.. a nice secluded place offeing wonderful breakfasts! Highly recommended.

A gem!

We stayed in the top floor loft which is absolutely amazing. Ralph is very nice and prepares excellent breakfast. The view of the ocean from the balcony is breathtaking.

A Pleasant Stay

Very good value and fabulous sea views. The room was fine and clean. What was memorable was the breakfast the fresh fruit, granola and yogourt followed by Ralphs full english this was very good. A car is necessary to go into Wilderness for dinner

Not happy.

Host was in a hurry to check us in as had to be somewhere else. I have a health condition that requires breathing aparatus, unfortunately there was no free sockets nearby to plug my machine in.

Wir hatten am selben Tag spontan das Zimmer "Beach Room" im Erdgeschoss gebucht. Der Ausblick gleicht nicht dem auf den Bildern. Als wir die Unterkunft betraten, kam uns modriger Geruch entgegen. Man hatte den Eindruck, dass dieses Zimmer länger nicht vergeben wurde. Die Luftfeuchtigkeit darin war sehr hoch und wir fanden an Fenster und Türen Schimmelspuren. In der Nacht wurde es sehr kalt, die Heizung funktionierte nicht. Es war auch nicht wirklich sauber. Wir haben uns im Zimmer nicht wohl gefühlt und waren froh, als wir am nächsten Tag wieder abreisten. Das Frühstück auf der Veranda war insgesamt super, aber aufgrund des Zimmers war es kein gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Right on the beach. Book one of the top floors to get the best views. If you don’t, you’ll still have a great view at breakfast from the huge deck! Comfortable rooms too

Friendly staff, enjoyable food close to the beach.

The staff was friendly from check in through departure procedures. Breakfast was a nice experience and a great opportunity to interact with staff and other guests. As an oceanfront property, the views and the sound of waves were a nice addition.

Perfect location to tour the Garden Route

If you want a view of the Wilderness Beach from high above while you are served a breakfast by the friendliest staff in South Africa, book this place. A short walk down the street leads to a wooden stairway down to a beach that I thought only existed in my dreams. We stayed 10 nights and by the time we left we were old friends with the staff. Tears were shed when we left.
