「The room was clean, spacious, and with everthing I needed, along with the comfortable bed. Of particular note was the wonderful welcome at reception from Jess, who continued in to chat each time I passed by. It felt like meeting up with an old friend!」

「The best hotel, among the six hotels, i had stayed in our recent trip to the UK. Not only does thw hotel has tidy and spacious family room, the toilet is clean and the breakfast is wonderful and the room rate is very attractive. The only drawback is that there is no lift for our room at upper floor. In sum, an excellent hotel which i am ready to patronize or recommend to ky friends. 」
