「Place was really easy to find but the parking was incredibly tight in an suv. The place was really beautiful but we instantly were told about occasions when people used to enter the building and sleep in empty rooms before we even checked in, which was a bit odd and doesn’t help. The room itself had everything you need for one night. The lights were poor and mostly not working and the towels, if you didn’t bring your own, were all clean, but ripped and aged.」

「Clean large rooms. Good parking」

「Perfect accommodation 10 min from centre can’t go wrong」

「Spacious, clean room with great facilities and a fantastic pub downstairs too. Highly recommended」

「Property was quiet, warm and generally clean - good location so we could walk to a couple of restaurants. Would have felt safer if other clients remembered to close the inner front door, which was on a keypad lock!! A couple of minor things which I mentioned directly to the Mode people - but not a deal-breaker!」

「Cliff was very welcoming from the moment we arrived. Space for parking on site was a real bonus in such a central location. The room was lovely and clean. Breakfast was delicious and had vegetarian options. The food was red hot on arrival which is a lovely treat compared to larger hotels with buffet style breakfasts. We will certainly go back if we visit Southport again. 」

「Lindsey was extremely welcome. Property was also amazing. Would definitely stay and recommend」
