「We stayed in Willow, the staff were so lovely and attentive! They work so hard to make everything nice for you . The balcony was lovely this morning. We did the walk around the nature reserve and boat trip was great! Pete the captain was so nice and very knowledgable. We had the best time and Will definitely come back soon . Thanks to all the staff x」

「Overall it's good. The service is excellent, and the room is cosy. But there was only one drawback which we met a private party. Therefore, the spa, Sunna cannot used as much as we can.」

「Rooms were dirty, mouldy walls, moudly curtains, previous guests make up and marks all over the headboard, a sink that took a day to drain, old tired bath that no one would ever want to relax in. Hooks hanging half out of the wall. Breakfast was poor, never seen a full English served with roast potatos and they tried to charge £2 for a coffee that isn't from a coffee press... The biggest joke here is that there were people complaining about the state of the rooms in front of us, with similar...

「Lovely old hotel with modern interior. Room very comfortable with good size bathroom including bath. Quiet room. Breakfast was lovely and dining area bright. Great selection for breakfast. All staff extremely helpful and polite. Used the spar facilities. Hot tub fabulous. Sauna great. Steam room not functioning properly unfortunately. Very clean.
