「Loved the fireplace and balcony suites! The breakfast was fabulous!」

「Have stayed here many times, mainly for convenience. The staff is always pleasant and helpful if there's any issue with the room. The rooms are outdated, and still have a smoke smell even though it's been smoke free for several years. Most rooms I have been in have stained carpet. Everything in the room is functional though. I always leave before breakfast, but can get a "sacked breakfast" if I ask for it when I check in. Nothing special, but better than nothing when you don't have time to stop...

「Overall it was okay. The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom was mostly clean but bad caulking around the tub which is such an easy fix. Carpet had several tips and tears and stains. Front desk staff was helpful but seemed stressed out, and they dressed WAY to casual for a job. The lobby was packed with people having a group dinner when we arriv d so it was loud and chaotic. Very disappointing.」
