「Only thing is I didnt realize how close it was to the highway by our room being right there it was kind of loud you can here the cars but after a while you kind of tune it out but they did supply us with ear plugs just in case . Just try to get a room on the other side of the building might not be as loud」

Even though the room was booked in advance, she told us that the room wasn’t available so she put us in another room. 「The breakfast was the best part of the stay. The pillows were TERRIBLE. They all went COMPLETELY FLAT when laying on them. Also, the rooms are tiny. There was no closet, just a rod to hang a couple of items. The hose for the toilet was rusted and gross. I'm pretty particular when it comes to hotels - not snobby, just particular - and I chose this one based on reviews. I was very disappointed. Not worth the money, and not deserving of a 9.2 exceptional rating. The front staff was very nice...

「The room was clean. The staff was nice, but I had a loud noise in my room every hour on the hour from the air-conditioning unit, the maintenance man came in and stated he would fix it in just a little while and never showed back up. The ceiling in the room was also cracking. Also the windows had plastic on them, taped down from painting outside, so I couldn’t let any natural sunlight in. The Housekeeper came and brought me towels, they did not ask if I needed my room cleaned, they never came...
