「Hidden Valley Waiheke was a highlight of our trip. The setting feels private and immersed in nature, yet still thoughtfully designed and incredibly comfortable. 「I booked this place even though it was a little dearer than Waiheke Resort next door, because the other place had a few bad reviews about check-in only being open between 2-4pm etc, and the bar was closed early etc. So we rocked up at nearly 4pm to check in, and wow it’s the same place!! 」

「Unusual communication from the start. Booked through expedia, host was listed as Mei but actually a third party company made contact AFTER the free cancellation period asking for a large deposit. This was highly Unusual but I did my due diligence and they were a real company. On checkout it was confirmed I'd receive my deposit but it has taken well over a month to finally receive the funds. I received 6 emails during our stay with reminders of house rules, checkout procedures and even asking for...

「This is a historical hotel. It used to be a great and attractive hotel. Its scenic view is great However， the elevator is old and makes some noise. As a whole, compare to other hptel in auckland it does still deserve to book and live in this hotel at this price.」
