Have stayed before and, as always, rooms were comfortable, bathrooms luxurious and area very safe and quiet. Close to dining options and can easily take public transport into the city from the end of Kohi Road. Good value and very clean and beautiful house.

Kohimarama tranquility

Very clean and comfortable B&B. Owner requests that shoes be removed and no pork products may be cooked. It’s an easy walk from this residential neighborhood to the beach that has good restaurants.

Shareen is a wonderful welcoming host. Very comfortable room and the best mattress in New Zealand. Her home is gorgeous, only wish we could have stayed for longer.

Lovely host and house. Room and bed was very comfortable, slept like a baby after a very long flight to NZ. Only 5 min walk to the beach, great for a quick dip. Parking is on the road outside.

Shareen is an absolutely lovely host, kind & considerate & helpful. The home is gorgeous, and walkable to the ocean/beachfront which we loved. Very comfortable accommodations. The one less desirable aspect is that it's a B&B, and you would expect a decent breakfast. But The Bays breakfast option is toast & jams, some cereals, maybe a yogurt variety. Would have been nice to have a more rounded breakfast (eggs, fruits, juices for example) , especially when you choose a B&B specifically for the meal part.

The owner Shareen was kind and hospitable. She made the stay warm and friendly. Each day she had baked something delicious for breakfast (pancakes, focaccia, muffins) which was a lovely thought. The location is excellent enabling a quick walk down to restaurants, cafes and the beachfront promenade. Highly recommended
