「I stay」

「The room was upgraded to a 2 bed from 1 bed, a pleasant surprise. There are two bathrooms. The room has good facilities and amenities, including all you need for making a meal; and salt and pepper, laundry detergent and dish detergent. The oven trays are dirty from previous usage, so I told the reception. The flat has no air con, but two fans. It is still bearable despite the heat wave.」

「Nice view friendly staff 」

「Would be better if wifi is fixed 」

「Standard room. Nothing special」

「Hotel is tired in places needs some refurbishment. Staff very helpful. Breakfast average.」

「Overall a satisfactory stay but disappointing to find that our room was on the top floor despite our request for one on the ground floor.」

「customer service is helpful to provide interaction for our inquiry」

「A street entrance would be a great help. I arrived at the station, disabled with a walking stick and luggage and had to walk all the way around to the back」

「The person in charge, Tony, is a very friendly and helpful guy. He helped us a lot.」

「I had a great stay here cheap and on a budget but clean and beds comfortable」

Offered more tea/coffee & toast. The hosts Jane & Mark were lovely and very helpful regarding the local area...

「We had a great stay, with everything we needed. Exceeded expectations and will certainly book again if in the area. Very convenient with on site parking and an easy walk into the city centre.」

「Everything was so fantastic, the staff were very helpful, the food was amazing. Excellent place. We will definitely be back.」

「Top hotel we have been to 5 start service on a daily basis. The spa was great and all the staff were helpful for all our needs. Would highly recommend and will be returning very soon」

「It started badly when, upon entering the room, there was a smell of cigarette smoke. Clearly, the room should have been decommissioned until it could be properly cleaned and fumigated. As the property operates on an automated basis (the key is retrieved from a key safe with a code supplied by email), there was no receptionist on duty. Luckily, we managed to find a helpful cleaner who was still on the premises, who was able to arrange for an alternative room. Although better, the room did not...
