"The room wasn't very clean they advertised a pool and breakfast pool was closed and was no breakfast office was closed when we left around 8am then later that day hit my card for $150 then $50 then $25 then $10 then $5 accusing me of smoking in the room I don't smoke"

"Front desk staff were not present. Morning breakfast quality was poor. Waffle batter was empty. No staff around to ask to refill. "

"When we walked into the lobby, there were three men drinking alcohol around a table. One of them had no shirt on. The clerk was sitting with them. The men were swearing and laughing. The clerk got up and she was friendly so that was encouraging. But the three men left and gathered around some more men outside, around a car. They were still laughing and drinking. We didn't feel very good about leaving our car in that parking lot. The lobby stunk and it was filthy dirty. Our room stunk, and it was incredibly dirty. the toilet was lopsided sitting crooked. The floor was soft in many spots. our sheets were paper thin and they had burn marks in them from an iron. again the room stank it was old beat up dirty and horrible. Our room was two doors from the main lobby and we heard noise throughout the night. There is absolutely no reason for this hotel to still be standing. At the very least it should be condemned. I heard a man complaining to the lobby clerk and said that it took him 5 minutes to come down three floors in the elevator. She told him it was okay it was just slow. Again this place should be condemned. It has absolutely no business being on the Expedia list."

"3rd floor is still under construction. My buddies stayed on the 3rd floor they said it was horrible. I stayed on the 2nd floor it was remodeled but it was done poorly..."

"When the property is being remodeled, it should be stated as such. Very dusty everywhere. Breakfast was never filled up. Although new coffee makers were great. Felt like a low rate hotel - very cheap. Definitely not like other holiday inns I’ve stayed at. "
