「Very good experience and it is a nice place to recommend」

「Excellent new hotel with a great view. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. We also enjoyed hot spring water from the bath tub.」

「Good pick up service from hotel to ski lift area and ski lift area to hotel and drop off to white liner bus stop. Good location to restaurant, convenient store and ski area. 」

「The room was very clean and spacious 」

「Excellent resident and money for value. Location is good and quiet. Well furnishing and as good as what shown in the photo. Will definately rebook Kozue again for my next visit to Niseko」

「Very helpful staff, very clean room」

From the moment we arrived, the serene atmosphere and stunning views of Mt. Yotei right from our room's private onsen and balcony were breathtaking. The free-flowing natural hot spring in every room helped us truly unwind and disconnect from everything. The dinner highlights were the French cuisine and teppanyaki—both beautifully presented, full of flavor, and perfectly...

「The service was a nightmare. I requested for a late checkout at check-in and the staff told me that he will arrange and let me know. During my three night stays, no one contact me with with regards to my request. The check out time is 10 am and I called the reception the day of check out and requested for a hour late check out because my laundry machine is not done and needs 45mins - They refused and sent someone to my room, turned off the laundry machine and escorted me to check out and my...
