"Breakfast was a huge letdown. Food was cheap, cold, and plain. They also gave my room away before we checked in. They ended up giving me a room for 3 when I booked a room for 5. I booked 2 beds and a pullout sofa bed for 5 and they only had a king bed with pullout sofaI had no choice but to accept the smaller room at 10:30pm at night. Hotel still charged me for my original room. Hotel management will do nothing for me even after contacting them. Will stay away from this location and chain in the future."

"We arrived to find a small fire in the mulch outside and reported it to staff who quickly went out to put it out. Our first room had a noisy air conditioner but this was quickly remedied by a room change. There were some other guests there who didn't seem to realize they needed to respect quiet hours and other guests, banging doors and yelling down the hallway, but wasn't so bad that we called the front desk. The room was clean and well stocked. Breakfast Friday was tasty, though there was difficulty getting cups, plates, etc. Saturday breakfast was less impressive, trash cans were overflowing and needed attention. Staff was friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Overall, a decent place to stay and I'd probably stay here again if the need arose."

"Do not go early thinking you’re going to get an early check in. There isn’t such a thing. Yes, even 20 minutes early. LOL. Construction going on at new stadium across the parking lot. Lots going on. The noise didn’t affect us as we were on interstate side so only heard traffic. lol. 15 minute walk to Broadway. Yes, through the construction. Completion date next year. Just a FYI. Affordable during the week, weekends I wouldn’t pay that kind of money for that place. $200ish more per night for Friday, Saturday. "

"Lovely property excellently maintained. Not advertised is that some restaurants are not opened Monday thru Wednesday. Concierge told me they would open at 5pm but that was not the case. So even they were confused or wrong. Massive property and very enjoyable stay."

"Parking was easy. I didn’t use the shuttle, but it sounded like convenient."
