This hotel is one step away from being closed. In fact the only part of it that wasn't were the rooms, no pool or restaurant or fitness center. We slept, showered and were out by 7am. Ample parking as there was only 1 other vehicle there when we arrived. You get what you pay for, and it honestly should've cost less.

There was no one else at the hotel in the huge parking lot. It was very run down. Too scary to stay as a single woman. I spoke w a police officer parked down from the hotel and he said don't stay there. Apparently, the hotel has been condemned. This needs to be removed from my charge.

TV was not working the entire time we were there. Toilet in bathroom looked like it hasn't been scrubber AT ALL... EVER. Same for the bathtub. There was something stuck in the tub drain and it was brown. Tell me when it was ever cleaned. When I went to take a shower, rusty brown water came out. I'm trying to figure out why these things were presented like they were cleaned when it was apparent they hadn't been cleaned maybe never. The lighting in the bathroom was so dim... I guess hoping I wouldn't notice it was filthy. Not only that, why have pool towels in a room when the pool was not even filled, or functional?Which again begs the question, when was the last time the room was even cleaned??!!

The facility was like the movie The shining or the Bates motel it was absolutely despicable. I would never recommend anyone to this facility you may not leave in one peace I'm not lying it's bad . I got a room that you could tell sat for a while. There was mouse poop next to the toilet and in the shower, on the sheets. I had to let the water run in the sink and in the tub for 15-20 minutes so that the brown water cleared up. Very outdated but the good thing from my stay is that it was close to the resort.

Booked a room here. Got there and the guy at the desk couldn’t check me in. He tried calling his manager several times but got no answer. Waited 20 minutes and still nothing. I never actually stayed here and no matter how many times I call in for a refund I get sent to voicemail. Booked this through Expedia so I tried with Expedia, they tried calling too and still no answer

My reservation was canceled thank God. The place looked like a ghost town and the hitel itself was so cold and in a very bad conditions. The staff didn’t looked professional and the bathroom was dirty. We decided to go to another hotel instead of staying and make another reservation. It's a shame because the hotel is in a nice place and from the outside signs you believe that the hotel would be amazing.

I didn’t like anything! I didn’t stayed at that place! You guys robbed my money. When I reserved to take my grandkids to enjoy in a swimming pool, because the pictures in the web site showed a beautiful hotel with a beautiful swimming pool, and there was a nothing. When we arrived there was no cars in the parking lot, only one in the back side. No one to open the door. We waited a good 15 minutes for the door to be open. There came a handyman on his first day of job saying he was there just to work in maintenance. He doesn’t know how to work with the computer and called someone to help him, just to take my money. When we went around it was a building looking abandoned with one car parked. The place looked dirty and looking thru the big window there was an empty dirty pool. This not okay to take my $238 + $100 deposit from my account and I had to pay another $274 to stay in another hotel. Because the place looked scary and in a not condition to stay with my grand kids. THE OWNER OF THE HOTEL, SUPPOSEDLY TALKED TI ME THRU A TELEPHONE AND SAY TO CALL EXPEDIA FOR A REIMBURSE AND EXPEDIA TOLD ME THE OWNER DOESNT WANT TO REIMBURSE MY MONEY, BUT GUESS WJAT MY BANK WILL INVESTIGATE THIS SITUATION BECAUSE I FELT I GET SCAM FROM THIS HOTEL
