There is a chicken coop with about a dozen friendly, well-behaved hens that roam the property and love checking out the human visitors. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a lttle getaway near Greers Ferry Lake or a unique "off the beaten path" experience in central Arkansas.」

「The property was nice and we enjoyed our stay. Only problems we had was the living room smelled like dog pee and the towels smelled like someone used them to clean up dog pee. Even after washing them twice the smell was still there. 」
