"Nice Clean Hotel, plenty of parking and friend staff"

"I was gluten and dairy free. The buffet was labelled up with allergies on it. Had to ask for gf bread and df milk as was not available out. The spa was fully booked , so didn't have one. Pool was usy most of the time not matter what time you went. The hot tub had way too much chlorine in it and stung the eyes. Restaurant and spa staff were very good. Front desk was hit and miss. The room was decent , the only problem was there was two alcoves that were slanted, one above the bed which I kept hitting my head on. I'm 5ft 1 and the other was over the desk where the TV was and tea / coffee facilities which my husband kept hitting he's 5ft 8. Also trays from room services were left in the corridor for hours. Don't know if they were short staffed."

"Excellent location few mins to Stratford on foot. Hotel is in need of some updating but staff very friendly , especially Kerria on reception. Hotel also very clean & tidy. Have stayed three times recently when visiting the RSC theatre"

"Unfortunately I didn't realise there would be so many dogs there, more so with owners that we're inconsiderate. We had a dog wailing and barking from 7pm - 8pm, more of an annoyance than anything, but the same dog was then wailing from 7am - 7.45am on Sunday morning, which was completely inconsiderate, I didn't need to be up at 7am. The hotel itself was nice enough but ruined by some of the guests"

"Everyone was super friendly, absolutely perfect for dogs. Everyone appeared to have treats on them. Places for dog to run around safely. Beds were comfortable and rooms dark, slept well. Food great, spa lovely and clean. Massages were amazing. We went for our minimoon and only the weather would be made it better. "
