「There will be free ticket for whitby abbey. The building is nice and historical. Many facilities for guests to use. I like the drinking water the most. A bit difficult to find the entrance and the 199 steps to hostel is without light at night. It is a bit dangerous if you back to hostel late at night as you can't see the steps. The breakfast is very tasty and many different choices to choose.」

「The Nutshell is a lovely little place, perfect for a stay in Whitby. Great location close to the harbour and town centre. Very clean and everything you need, hob, oven and all crockery and utensils. Nice feel to the place, makes you feel like you’re at the seaside. Great communication with the owners. Would 100% stay again. I was there for a week and had a wonderful time.」

「Lastminute and this amazing place to stay. Literally on Whitby Bridge so close to everything. Parking very close by. Very clean, very warm considering it was freezing outside. Will be back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️」

「Lovely cottage. Only moments from the harbour, and seconds from a micro-pub! Great! Scratchcard parking provided for "W Zone", so all good. Plenty of living room seating, dining table, and a real fire (but we had no need to light it). Very comfy bed, large bath with shower」

「Bad parking /bins for wast full all time so we could not use bin. But for that all wos good we had a nice time... would book again. 」

「We ended up staying one night of the three that we booked. This was primarily because the moment we arrived at the place we discovered the pets weren’t allowed anywhere beyond the ground floor and, if they were “well behaved” into the kitchen area. This accommodation can only be described as pet tolerant and not pet friendly.」

「Modern, well fitted out apartment. Great to have an indoor car park. Watching the steam trains from the window was a bonus. I'm guessing though that the radiators will be well used in the cooler months.」

「Found parking with ease. Access to house was via key safe. Front door a little stiff but fine. House was very comfy and well equipped. Although a toilet brush would have been preferred. On the surface was clean ish. Kitchen cupboard doors, doors and windows needed cleaning. Cobwebs everywhere! Towels and bedding was clean. Twin beds were tiny, not full size singles, so better suited for younger children. The biggest issue was the boiler. Heating was on when we arrarrived but soon the boiler went...

「Beautiful apartment. Great location, fun to see the trains right by your window, excellent secure underground garage parking. Highly recommended. We also visited Eden Camp, Alpamare water park and had a walk up to Whitby Abbey. These were all fantastic locations to visit. Lovely part of the country.」

「We didn’t stay, the stairs were very intimidating and one of the handrails was too close to the wall to be of use.」
