"Very clean hotel, not just the rooms which had very comfortable beds. I got checked in by a very nice young lady (Amanda) who advised me if things before I even asked the question. This was great since was way from traveling. I slept very well and checked out with another very nice young lady (Kyla). I didn't have breakfast but left with fresh hot coffeefor the road. Will definitely stay here again. "

"Room was clean, new carpet. However, the heat/ac wouldn't work no matter how much we tried. At 6:30 the night we were there, I went to the front desk where I don't remember her name, said there was no maintenance on site at the time, she'd have to call her manager. Which, I'm sure didn’t happen, because I was on my way out for a few hours at that moment, and when we came back, still wasn't working. Room was incredibly stuffy. Fridge wasn't cold at all. Neighbors in room 415 next door played music until 11:30pm, then at 5am BLARING TV that woke everyone in my room, I went and knocked on the door, loudly and no answer. At 5:30 I called the desk where whatever man said he was up there not long ago and heard nothing. This extremely loud TV could be heard to the elevators. And went on until 8am (I have video of noise next door), where we heard LOUD banging that scared us, only to see a crew ripping up the hallway carpets. There should have been a sign at the front desk regarding renovations happening, as there was nothing around that showed anything was going on. Front desk girl when I left around 9 was apologetic for the lack of ac/heat, she seemed kind and sincere. Disappointing that I paid for this room, no offer of anything. So much went so bad, it was ridiculous. Breakfast wasn't even full at 6:45 and was dark in the area food was in. Very disappointed in my stay, we drove several hours for a special birthday trip, and left EXHAUSTED due to what happened. "

"Tv in room didn’t work. Bathroom ceiling has some kind stains all over it "

"Room was dirty, bug was crawling on the floor when we checked in. Dead bug on the wall. Floors in hall way looked like they had never been vacuumed.There was so much trash in the parking lot It looked like a landfill.There was a domestic in the middle of the night, and three cops ended up showing up and at 230 am that same day, there was more yelling.The staff was friendly though!"
