「The bed sheets has many insects. It seems that there has no change the bed sheets. There has no pillow provided. 1st night - we double checked and made sure the door locked before we go bed to sleep. In the morning, we saw the door was opened. 「Hot Springs were amazing, clean and well kept. Had such an amazing time. We stayed 2 nights which was perfect length of stay (we do not play golf). Dinner menu was good, however we only ate there once due to limited options.」
