"We stayed in the caravan which gave us a lot of privacy and it was a beautifully maintained caravan! We were provided heating so it was not at all cold. Decent tea/coffee making facilities. However, was slightly disappointed as the pictures showed a double bed, but when we arrived it was two singles. Beds are slightly small but this is expected in a caravan home."

"Great place to stay! Clean, comfortable, convenient, quiet, cozy! We explored all over the north island and this was the perfect “home base”. Alyce at the front desk was particularly helpful and friendly. The grounds are very pretty and well maintained. All the amenities you could need are there. Even a heated bathroom floor!! (We loved that!)"

"Staff were lovely and incredibly helpful. Walk in shower was nice, bathroom and room was a very good size. Breakfast was a nice touch. Location is nice and peaceful. Floor boards are a little squeaky but perhaps part of the charm. Overall a good stay."
