「The room looked exactly like the pictures. However, there were hair in the shower, spiderwebs throughout the bedroom, mold in the bathroom and the hot water tap was leaking and super difficult to close/open. Staff were very friendly though. 」

「Good kitchen with stove and microwave but no microwaveable cooking dishes. Good internet and lighting. Hotel is on main road so some truck noise early in the evening. Close to the National park and shops. Compact room but adequate for a couple.」

「The property is undergoing renovations at the moment and the in-house restaurant is not available. We didn’t know this until check-in. The room was road facing/frontage, and traffic noise was ample. No lift/elevator available. Other than that, great stay. Would recommend. 」

「We were living in the room close to the main road. It could be quite haunting during the night and I was almost sleepless during the first night. And I have to leave all the lights on to make it looks like people are awake. I tried to use the hot bath but the room is locked all the time. Hotels.com is definitely responsible to manifest a 10 out 10 rating in this hotel, it’s simply not that good! Strongly won’t suggest ladies and kids to stay alone. 」

「We’ve stayed here on a few occasions and been lucky enough to get the same room with incredible mountain view each time (king studio with ensuite). We think this accommodation is excellent value and having 2 spa pools and a sauna is a lovely bonus at the end of a day at the mountain or doing outdoor pursuits. Can easily walk to Main Street for shops, eateries and coffee etc. will always return. Thanks for another great stay. 」
