「The property itself was nice. However, for $400/night I expected better service. Annamarie was very sweet and helpful, however, the other staff we were less impressed with to say the least. It seemed like every time we asked for something they acted like it was some huge inconvenience for them. Because of these small and brief interactions, we felt uncomfortable asking for other simple things such as our trash being emptied for example. In addition, the shower only had one curtain and it was too...Emily

「We had a wonderful time at The Cottages at Nantucket Boat Basin. The cottage was beautiful! Very comfortable, clean, and right on the water. We were in a two-bedroom cottage called Lower Mermansion. If/when I return to Nantucket, I’ll want to stay here again!
I also have to mention the staff. Such very nice people who made us feel welcome and at home.」Susan

「A no frills bed & breakfast experience. The rooms were nice, but bathrooms had broken tiles by the shower. Breakfast was convenient to have for early mornings, but otherwise would skip. Overall a comfortable stay and a short 8-10 min walk to town, but felt a bit lacking.」Camila

「Very nice Inn, very well located.
Breakfast is served shortly before 8am.
Only con’s is the absence of parking which can be challenging during the hot season.」Paul Louis
