The continental breakfast was excellent! Housekeeping was outstanding! Customer service was amazing! Polite and helpful staff all around! The staff ensured we were comfortable, they even carried our large suitcase to our room. We were greeted and acknowledged by the staff. The room was very nice. We also enjoyed the sitting rooms where breakfast is served. The location is perfect. This was my favorite vacation ever. Thank you!

Wonderful Staff and perfect location for long 4 day weekend. Has a bed and breakfast feel. We were awakened our last night at 3am to drunk loud sex next door. Banged on wall after a bit and it stopped. Otherwise, we'd stay here again!

The staff was very kind and helpful, our room was right on the street so people walking by could definitely look into the room and see us but it felt safe and the noise on the street travels into the room so on the weekend people stay up pretty late and you can hear them walking by. The room was clean but could use some baseboard cleaning/maybe some deeper cleaning. Also the fridge did not work which was unfortunate. Staff was super kind and helpful, overall a great stay and very close to town!

We loved our stay at the Jared Coffin House. The location is perfect, so close to everything downtown. The staff was incredible. We especially enjoyed interacting with Ricardo. He was so friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was plentiful with a variety of choices. Our room was lovely and well maintained. We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Nantucket.
