「Brooks & Dawn took care of us over the weekend with a Multitude of Customer Services Second to None. We have been coming to Naggs Head Inn for the last 5-6 years and the Tradition will continue if their Services Remain the Same! We Love the Naggs Head Inn and their Staff and will be back next year. Our 1 complaint that doesn’t effect this Survey is Our Shower Curtain in Our Bathroom was a foot to short and the floors were very wet which we cleaned up every morning. 「This is a great little Inn. It seems to still have renovations. It was clean. The doors were a concern for me. Didn’t feel secure but I didn’t see it as a problem. The water was turned off by the city and I wasn’t able to have a shower. This would have been something to inform the guests with prior to arrival or at least the morning of. 」

「The property was close to the beach. Our King Suite had everything we needed, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and accommodating, especially the manager who stayed calm and reassuring when i thought i had jewelery missing. For the price, closeness to the beach, accommodating staff, and free breakfast, it's one of the best options on the Outer Banks.」
