「The location is amazing!! The servers at the Mineshaft were totally awesome. The hot pools are very nice. The check-in was combersome at their kiosk's and the three attendants behind the front desk, with zero other customers seemed to care we were stugling to check in. We also filed a complaint we could not get the tv to connect to satellite. (We are not novices at this). We followed up 4-times with the office and never had a response in 2-night stay. Never got tv or an explanation. The...

We enjoyed the common house areas playing games and talking with the other guests. The hot tub and decks added to our outdoor enjoyment. We will definitely return. 」

「Wonderful, roomy and comfortable stay for our family. This condo is quite spacious and is located a convenient walking distance from EVERYTHING in Ouray. The kitchen is well appointed so cooking is easy, and having a W/D in the unit is such a bonus with a family! 」

「We loved staying here. The cabins were very cute and comfortable, and it was wonderful to be on the river as well. We'd wake up and have coffee on the front porch and take a walk along the river. It was close to lots of fun things to do in Ouray as well. This was a favorite part of our vacation!」
