「I stayed 4 nights in the Executive Suite. Once in the suit I noticed the bathroom had not been cleaned, & there were hairs and cut fingernail by the sink as well as liquid soap grime and hairs on the bathtub. Both tables in the living area were dirty & rubbish had not been taken out. Addressing this with the manager Craig, who was rude, telling me the cleaning staff had gone home & would not be back until tomorrow. I had to ask for some cleaning spray & cloth so I could clean the filthy...

「I have completed a review for Toowoomba caravan park. The photo that Expedia had on its web site of the cabin was not even close to what was presented. Well below expectations. 」

The property manager didn’t respond to a single message leading up to the stay, so we had no information on the checkin or parking or other questions we had asked. We finally received an automated text message from the property half an hour before checkin time, but still no responses to any questions from the property manager. The apartment was also very dirty in parts, with lots of cobwebs inside showing that it was poorly cleaned. 」
