For the first time in many years I was not able to stay with family while visiting New Bedford, Massachusetts during the Thanksgiving holiday. I chose to stay in this hotel due to the proximity to my family's home and the good reviews. I was so happy I chose this hotel. It was clean and modern. The staff were super friendly and they serve a delicious included breakfast. It has a nice heated pool wich we enjoyed, as well as a small gym. The parking was free and safe to park. We really liked the design of the hotel & the rooms. The king bed & pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was nice & big, and we liked that the shear shade was a picture of trees! :-) The breakfast had many options, and the staff made sure it was fully stocked. The front desk people were super friendly and the check-in was quick & easy. I highly recommend this hotel. It is a 6 minute drive to Battleship Cove & Narrows Center for the Arts.

Great hotel! Clean, updated, quiet, priced well, friendly staff, good breakfast! We will be back!

great hotel, easy check in, close to everything

Very clean and staff were super friendly.

It was perfect can’t wait to stay again

Close to Newport. Very clean, modern with friendly staff.

Travel plans changed while at the hotel. They worked with the 3rd party booking app to make that happen. Much appreciated.

It was perfect for our quick stopover in Newport. Full breakfast which was nice to have.

Check in was fine, no elevator and could not get washer to work. Gentlemen at the front desk did not seem to care.

Spent the weekend in Newport, on our way home from Boston. Hotel was conveniently located, but needed the car to get to town and restaurants. Room was clean and very spacious, perfect for family with little children. Breakfast was generous, eggs, waffles, sausage, bacon, etc. and hot coffee. Cookies in the late afternoon. Staff was friendly and helpful in making dining recommendations I would stay here again and do recommend this property

Room is very clean and the location is convenient for everything.

The Mill Street Inn was a unique spot with a great location, a few minutes walk to Bellevue or Thames Streets. Our room was more like a suite, had a separate living room and a bedroom. Amenities were great, and there was breakfast that you ordered the night before that they delivered at the time of your choosing. Staff couldn’t be friendlier, especially Lori who seemed to know everything about Newport as a lifelong resident. Would definitely go back!

Had no idea that there was no bar, restaurant or breakfast. There was coffee in the morning. Rooms are nice but very small as well as the bathroom but if you are use to living on a boat it feels large! Location was excellent!

Very quaint inn. Spacious suites with balcony viewing 1st beach . Affordable. Very cute!
