「Perfect for a quick stop over. Super comfy bed. Room v clean. Thank you for allocating me a quiet room too. Breakfast lovely. The only thing to improve is to ensure milk doesnt run out at the corridor drinks station (no kettle in the room). Otherwise excllent. 」

「Very clean one bedroom apartment. The location was too rural for us and both the front and rear windows looked out to farm yards. The communication from the host was poor. When we arrived the apartment key was left in the lock and we were not sure if the host was going to greet us or not (we normally stay in hotels but wanted to try something a bit different). We did not see or hear from the host during our stay and there was no communication with regards to the check out process. We just locked...

「This is our 2nd trip to Exeter for a University visit. On both occasions we stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott and both tumes we have been impressed by the friendy, helpful staff and how clean and well maintained the hotel is kept. At breakfast there is a fantastic choice of cereal, pastries, fruit. cold meats and a cooked breakfast. 」

「Stayed here for 3 nights on this trip. A very comfortable stay with exceptional service. The air conditioner in the room stopped functioning, but the staff quickly took care of the matter as soon as we reported it and compensated us with many free drink vouchers; the manager got soaked in the process of fixing the air conditioning but continued to apologise to us for the inconvenience. The staff are very welcoming, and the environment is very relaxing. Will highly recommend this hotel to anyone...

「Breakfast was plentiful and very nice however the evening meal was awful. Nice hotel and spa facilities and lots of parking but the restaurant lets the whole place down.」
