「The scenic views」

「Reception staff fairly friendly bar staff not so we waited over 10 mins for a member of staff no show so I went to reception we’re both the reception lady and the lady from the bar were just casually chatting and no apology for keeping us waiting」

「隔音滿差會一直聽到安全門關門聲很大聲很吵也可以聽到隔壁房咳嗽聲，很難睡。」

「Hotel is in the middle of Brewood. It doesn't look much from outside, there are more impressive build around the location. But the interior is more impressive. Checking in was efficient. The room was comfortable and quiet despite being at the front of the hotel., All the rooms are named after local villages. The restaurant was excellent, we really enjoyed our meal at night and the breakfast. All the staff we encountered were friendly and efficient.」

「Staff were helpful, pleasant and friendly. Clean room and good breakfast.」

「Room is clean, and quite large. Staff is friendly and helpful.」

「We had a great stay at this historic hotel. Check in/check out was smooth. Great breakfast selection with hearty portion. Room is clean and bed is just the right firmness that you can wake up rejuvenated without backache. We also like how they stock plenty of welcome drinks and snacks in room to give us coziness to wind down in the cool weather.」

「This property was the perfect stay. We found the accommodation to be stylish and quite beautiful. It was spotless. We enjoyed a lovely evening meal in the restaurant and breakfast was fantastic. Perfect!!!」

「Convenient location, outstanding customer service including the night staff because I had an early checkout. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I will definitely revisit when in the region . Rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable.」

「It was an ok visit but we wouldn't go back - just wasn't an inviting experience - and no dinner served on Monday meant we had to go out」

「Fabulous breakfast」
