「Check in process was unsatisfactory- when attempting to check in @ 6pm was told our room was not ready. When we returned @ 7:30 was told to wait for another hour. We stated we were already told that so our room became available. Were told restaurant closed @ 8pm even though the flyers in the elevator & restaurant said 9pm. 「Rooms are dated and not cleaned properly. I originally booked and paid for two nights (through Hotels.com), and extended my stay for one more night directly with the hotel. BUT finally the hotel charged TWO extra nights on the bill. I tried to negotiate with and ask for refund from the hotel by email, however they had not responded to my enquries and requests for over one month (I checked out on Jul 12 and it's Aug 20 today when I write this review.). It's very irresponsible.」
