「Unique theme with great roooms!」

「Would have loved later opening times for the gym. Lots of flaky paint around the ceiling in the shower. Otherwise all good, very friendly staff. Would return.」

「The room itself (room 1 deluxe) is well designed & sympathetically decorated to the age of the building giving a feeling of opulence meets modern. The toilet cisterns take ages to refill but I suspect this is due to the age of the plumbing! The bed is very comfy. The downside to the room is that in the unprecedented heat there was inadequate little fan which meant leaving the french doors open during the night. This faced a main junction so traffic noise was an issue. The building itself is old...

「The hotel is outdated and needs a revamp. The passage carpets are threadbare. The good thing about the hotel is that it is centrally located. The bad thing is the street noise - from party goers to rubbish collection early in the morning. Terrible nights sleep」
