"Old rooms with stains on the lounge.needs a make over"

"Unfortunately was by electronic and the check in did not work this hotel needs to go back to have people doing check in "

"We liked our stay here, but our two bedroom room was very pokey. We constantly felt like we were moving around furniture. There was less than 2m between the TV cabinet and couch and that 2m was filled with a coffee table and arm chair! If you were staying here for work, it would feel like you were on top of each other. As a family, we felt the same. "

"The room smelt filthy, there was hair in the bed and mould in the shower. The lifts and corridors smelt foul. We were so disgusted that we left and booked a room elsewhere for the night. Unfortunately this apartment looks nothing like the photos and definitely isn’t worthy of the rating currently listed on this website."

"Property is across the road from Westmead Public Hospital and I needed additional parking after the 10,00 am checkout. At time of check-in there was a sign in the office advising that extended parking would cost guests $15 and non guests $25. During the evening I rang desk from room and was advised that extended parking to 1.00pm would cost $15. At checkout I was advised that extended parking up to 12 noon was free and that after 12 noon the cost was $6 per hour. Three different rates including two from stsff persons. Not good enough."

"Peak times on elevators was a pain "

"The property is nice except for the room I was situated with the bed behind the lift so I got hardly any sleep. It was effectly like trying to sleep in the wind tunnel with the lift going up and down all night. Very tired and pretty unhappy leaving there on Sunday morning."
