"The hotel charged me for the room even though I had paid on Expedia. When I contacted them for a refund, they asked for my bank info and said that would be the fastest. I did so but have not received the money. That was a week ago and they are not answering my calls or emails. Very sad, as it was a nice stay. "

"If I traveled to Keszthely again, I would pick the same place. The owners were very hospitable and very helpful in arranging extra activities, like our bike rental. Practical bonuses: a fridge in the room, a coffee maker in the main hall, complimentary tea and coffee; all making it possible to grab a snack before going out in the morning. The neighbourhood is lovely and quiet, whereas the lake, the beach and the center of Keszthely are within a walking distance. Overall, I would recommend it...

"This place was PERFECT for our trip! Very friendly host, very clean, and the breakfast in the morning made us feel at home with fresh buffet style food. Great choice of coffee, juice, and fresh fruits. I would love to return in this wonderful place."

"Lovely lady helping us check in although our German wasn't very good and our Hungarian non-existent. We arrived late because of train delays, but she helped us get into our room. Beautiful apartment with a nice balcony. A great find for us! "

"Das "Hotel" war ein Witz für so einen Preis solch eine Ruine anzubieten ist ein Wahnsinn, ich hätte nie damit gerechnet das es sowas in Österreich noch gibt , Ich war der Meinung daß unser Turismus einen Standart hegt und pflegt doch ich wurde eines besseren belehrt, normalerweise sollte diese Pension geschlossen werden , nicht Mal 10 Euro die Nacht ist es wert 😡"

"Owners are friendly and try their best to help. However some slight complications. Arriving at check in time and the rooms not ready, having to ask for items, aircon leaking which resulted in a wet bed. The owners did everything they could to fix the situations. "
