"Hotel Suisse is well located on the north side of Geneva within easy walking distance to city center. It is older but clean. Breakfast is nice and I recommend purchasing it with your stay. Elevators are very small but there is a relaxed spiral staircase. The reception mostly speaks French (as does all of the Canton of Geneva) but you can get by with key English words. Single rooms are small and I was grateful for the 3 speed room fan. The bathroom had an adequate shower but only 3 service towels: shower entrance; hand; and one large bath towel. The hotel is a stark contrast to the Intercontinental (going from a 5 star to a 2 to 3 star hotel), but the price was right for a weekend extension of my stay in Geneva. Recommended for economy minded who just want a safe, basic place to stay for a day or three."

"Excellent hotel near the station and main attractions . They have a complimentary pick up and drop service as well . The front office staff especially Tiago Rocha is outstanding and makes the stay memorable . Good breakfast service with excellent spread"

"I will start with our check in which we arrogantly about 2 hours and Denis very cordial and pleasant checked us in and guided us to our room. The room didn’t have any view however it was very clean quiet and complete with all the amenities including much needed air conditioner. Later in the evening I raised a concern that we had an issue with bathroom and also reminded the staff via messaging of no view. The following morning we were pleasantly surprised once again by Denis that he wanted to show us our new room to be sure it is what we want and he offered to transfer all of our luggage to the new room even we were on a rush to catch our first city tour. Breakfast buffet was great with cold and hot items and various selections. Congratulations to Denis and entire staff for providing superb and awesome service. I hope management recognizes the entire staff for providing such an excellent service with smile. Thank you so much."

"The hotel is small but clean and in a great location. The staff were friendly and provided some suggestions for excursions and Discounts with the hotel card. The room is very small with no real counter space or closet. They also did not have a luggage rack. There is no refrigerator in the room or ice machines on any of the guest floors but you can request some ice at the bar in the lobby. They give it to you in a small Plastic bag. It would have been nice to at least have an ice bucket to keep the ice and a few beverages in. The breakfast buffet included a wide variety to select from- both hot and cold items including fresh fruit and a self- service coffee station."

"We had an overall pleasant stay at Hotel Royal Geneva. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transportation. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, which made our stay enjoyable. One downside was that our room was not ready until almost 3:00 PM, which was a bit disappointing after arriving earlier in the day. The hotel’s bistro was also below expectations. The quality of the food did not match what we expected from a hotel of this standard. Breakfast was adequate, but fairly ordinary, with nothing particularly memorable or exceptional. Overall, the hotel offers a great location and comfortable rooms, but there is room for improvement in the dining experience and the check-in process."
