「I had several issues with this property. I do not normally post negative comments but I feel that it is necessary in this case. First, and most importantly, I requested a soft pillow. The existing pillows were rock hard, very heavy, and unusable. I was told that they just ordered these new pillows but did not order anything other than hard ones. 「Super friendly staff. Hotel has rustic feel to it which was great. Staff lady named Marilyn cooked omelets for everyone at breakfast time. Very rare to stay at a hotel these days where a staff member does that.」

「My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary trip. We trailered or motorcycle into town and she was extremely accommodating with us needing a little extra space for our SUV, trailer, and motorcycle. I was expecting the house to be much smaller than it was but it was absolutely perfect for what we needed! We will definitely stay again if we come back to Custer!」
