「Really nice rooms and the staff is very willing to help, beds are great you get a really nice cloud like feeling sleeping. Ample parking I would recommend here if you’re coming for a quick stopover in Jeddah and need to get a good place to rest or even if you coming for a vacation. 」

「The staff are friendly. However, some of the room is broken and i have left something behind to the hotel and the hotel won't notice their customer for this. More importantly - the fragrance within the room is too strong and i don't think many customers can take this. 」

「What my father liked about the hotel was the staff, they were accommodating and incredibly helpful. Especially Sa’id, who was considerate and kind. What was unique about the property was how close the hotel was to the PBUH’s mosque. The food, specifically their breakfast buffet was one of the best my father ever had. The variety and options were especially pleasant. Hussein, one of the waiters at the restaurant was always there to help during lunch and dinner time. Overall, all of these factors...

The rooms are spotless, modern, and very comfortable, and the staff go above and beyond with their warm hospitality. The breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of delicious choices.
