「Everything was perfect and the staff were so helpful and friendly. However, one thing I wish was better is the cleanliness of the kettle and mugs as they had stains on, apart from that I very much enjoyed my stay. 」

「What stood out to me about this hotel is that the staff is excellent. They were very helpful, and went out of their way to make sure guests are having a great experience. We dealt with Mr. MASLEH who was super nice and helpful and he helped resolve an issue which was from the website and it was not hotels fault, yet Mr. MASLEH helped us out. We must say Arab hospitality is sexond to none i would recommend this hotel for cleanliness and courteous service.
