「I would give the rating for staff 1 star and the total rating 3 stars because of the agent on duty January 15 at 4pm. She was very rude to me and then later to my spouse. The following morning I talked with the manager, who was very nice and apologized. She said that she will speak with that person. We think that the agent is not a good representative for the hotel and she should not be there. So for that reason I gave 5 stars for everything.」
