"Hotel looked beautiful upon arrival. Staff was rude and short. Rushed through check in without giving any information on amenities such as pool hours, parking, breakfast etc. went into room and it smelled horrid, like stale cigarette. No exhaust fan In bathroom. Breakfast was cold with minimal options"

"Very comfortable and attractive and amazing location. My one complaint: no good coffee until 8 am-they have 24 hour coffee you can buy but it's a basic coffee vending machine that tastes like nothing. They have the room coffee but in the PacNW good roasted coffee onsite is a must. Otherwise great stay! "

"Our experience at this hotel was very poor. From the moment we arrived, we encountered several issues with our room. The toilet was clogged, and even though we reported it, no one was sent to fix it. The only solution they offered was that if we needed to use the bathroom, we had to go down to the first floor. Additionally, the room was not clean. We found trash left behind by previous guests, which clearly shows a lack of proper housekeeping and hygiene. We also asked for a rollaway bed, and we were told that none were available. However, later we saw in the housekeeping area that they actually had many extra beds, at least around 20, but they simply refused to provide one to us. Overall, the service was very poor. There was a lack of customer care and no effort to resolve basic issues during our stay."

"The staff and check in/ out process was excellent. The location and partial ocean view were a plus. The water pressure and temperature in the shower were great. The fridge kept our items ice cold. The only negatives would be the property was dated and the jacuzzi tub in the room was loud. I mean LOUD. All in all I would stay there again. There were cookies in the lobby in the evening and also breakfast was served."

"Generally a great experience. Property looks a bit weathered on the outside but room was nice with an outstanding view from the balcony. Super nice staff with very efficient check in despite a bit of a line and one person at the desk which was great. Breakfast was solid. Would stay again."
