「It was completely satisfactory」

「The hotel was quite nice, but the front desk people need to be better trained or their booking system needs to be upgraded. When my friend and I checked in, they got her all checked in and gave her keys that didn't work. They checked me in and when I got to my room, there was already someone else in that room. (This also happened to another couple who checked in right before us as I heard them talking about the same thing). They checked me into another room which was fine. I asked the front desk...

「false advertising, looks like the pizza oven is in your room for use, nope theirs to make and sell you a pizza. Swimming pool, forget it, it's not attached and closes at 7pm0- it's a community one -they don't let you know this till your there. Finding you have to read all fine print then call the property to verify the amenities are what you think they are.」

「The room was clean. The bathroom worked and air conditioner worked and they have a fridge and a microwave and a little toaster oven. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Would stay again.」

「Staff was friendly and the room was clean. Coffee maker and microwave in the room would be nice. The walls aren't sound proof, could hear the room next to us snoring like they were in the room」

「Do not recommend. Still waiting for a refund for a room we reserved ahead and paid for only to arrive and find no one in the lobby. It was late but they allowed late check in. We had to call to get someone to come out and check us in... then they disappeared for almost an hour before coming back saying they could "show" us the one king they had for THREE of us. It was dirty and not maintained so we did not stay and had to drive several more hours for another place.」

「Very clean room and common areas of the hotel. Nice and quiet. Great value for the money. Only complaint is breakfast. We showed up at 7:40am and scrambled eggs and bacon were gone.」

「Overall, it was clean and a safe place to sleep. The Our room was very cramped. The shampoo was watered down and the conditioner was empty. There was a streetlight right by our window and there were no blinds. Continental breakfast was listed on the website, but there was nothing other than old burnt coffee. But I suppose you get what you pay for」
