"I didn't know it would be in a ghetto neighborhood. There were lots of homeless but staff were really friendly. Carpets were stained and cloth chair was stained/dirty. Bed was comfy and bathroom was clean. Would I stay here again? No."

"The hotel is so much better after the room remodels. Unfortunately the remodel was still underway in the casino entrance and other areas so it was pretty chaotic in places. The room was clean, the shower worked really well and I really appreciate being able to store my things in the in-room fridge during an extended stay."

"Paid for a suite, the shower was like a bath tub kept filling up, even the sink water was rising ... either housekeeping doesn't report, or the hotel doesn't want to spend money or they just offer to those paying through third party ... this place is the horrible, needs upkeep."
